Hand woven by our artisans, no two are the same, even different seasons can affect the colour of the seagrass depending on when it is harvested.

Handwoven with love and care from sustainably grown sea grass by artisans from a traditional sedge weaving craft village in North Vietnam. The colour of bag is a natural yellow hue, no painting or chemical dyes. If the basket you receive is slightly green, this is due to being newly harvested, this will slowly turn yellow in daylight. 

Seagrass is a renewable material commonly used in furniture and handicrafts, and is woven like rattan. The seagrass is farmed from a commercial plantation to minimise damage to the environment.
